Ajillon is working with a New York City client to fill a Customer Success Manager Role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts.
- Build, maintain and manage account relationships to renew and extend current contracts
- Oversee the account life cycle including on-boarding and value realization
- Achieve annual renewal and retention targets set by management team
- Ability to think outside the box to offer solutions and solve problems for our clients’ needs
- Resourceful, “go-getter” attitude who appreciates the opportunity in challenge
- Two years in a client-facing role and experience in a B2B setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections and demonstrate negotiation skills
- Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
