Ajilon is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk with strong computer and data entry skills for a client in Princeton, NJ. This is a contract to hire position with a great organization. This role will be responsible for inputting data into a web application for the sales team. - Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.
- Transfer data from paper formats into company database systems.
- Provide exemplary service using pc and web-based software.
- Verify data by comparing it to the source documents.
- Capture all vital data with accuracy.
- Technology savvy – ability to understand existing technology platforms and the willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to retrieve information from different systems
- Must be able to operate a PC and printer
- Must possess knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Works with accuracy and has an eye for detail
- Has a pleasant and friendly attitude as well as team-oriented vision
- Attendance and Reliability a must
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
