Data Entry Specialist and Administrative Assistant Role

Ajilon is teaming up with a well-known company in Central Phoenix to hire an Administrative Assistant that will also have data entry responsibilities. This is a direct-hire, full time position. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and will thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This employee will also need to be comfortable handling inbound calls from clients and directing them to the appropriate business unit The company is looking to hire someone with 1-2 years of previous experience in data entry and administrative positions. Job responsibilities include:

  • Entering data in timely manner for project-based work
  • Taking all incoming phone calls and directing clients to the appropriate departments
  • Working collaboratively with counterparts in different offices
  • Managing diverse range of standard back-office responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables Preferred)
  • Engaging and friendly demeanor on phone
  • Ability to switch tasks quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • 2 years of previous experience in data entry and administrative roles
