Director of Human Resources
Aijilon is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources in the Lake Worth, Florida area. The ideal candidate will support inspire our companies team player. In this role you will provide guidance for the organization’s employees. In this role you will provide leadership as well as planning, developing and coordinating the procedures of the Human Resource department. This role will require responsibility ensuring legal implementation and compliance.
To be successful in this role will require a certain set of skills. The individual must be able to perform at a certain standard. This is a take charge position.
Staying current and up to date with legal compliance and employment related laws and regulations.
Maintain all personnel files, I-9 records, drug screening and background investigation results, and other personnel records to ensure the company is in compliance with all legalities.
Will correspond daily with workers as well as with Broker’s and upper management. Jointly you will analyze benefits options and cost alternatives for providing employee benefits, recommend benefits program modifications and implement approved benefits modifications.
Supervises employee benefit program responsibilities by directing the administration of the group health insurance and life insurance plans, 401k, COBRA, and FMLA.
Oversees all enrollments of the benefit programs, enters and maintains premium deductions for all employees and ensures proper billing from Insurance Providers.
Remains up to date with changing laws and compliance requirements and implements these changes as needed.
Go to for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resource related issues
Handle management payroll
Will implement and maintain HR software and keeps employment, performance and training information up to date.
Responsible for the tracking of vacations and PTO.
Assist in hiring by providing advertisements and screening and interviewing candidates.
Work with the third party administrator (TPA) for General Liability for proper handling of claims.
Manage employee safety and workers compensation issues, general liability issues and employment related issues including any litigation against Duffy’s Sports Grill.
Maintains all Certificates of Liability for outside partners and vendors
Administration of Workers Compensation wage statements & other required information ensures proper reporting and documentation
Proper billing & payment of Workers Compensation premiums and loss reconciliations
Oversees handling of employment-related inquiries, such as employment verification requests and unemployment compensation inquiries and proceedings
Organizes all New Hire paperwork, company required testing, screening and training
Manages employee records in the payroll system to ensure correct compensation
Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records
Oversees and maintains all aspects of Duffy’s Sports Grill insurances
Prepares Quarterly 941 employment tax filings
Responsible for administration of Drug Screening and Background Checks
Administrates the processes of Greenshades, SnagAJob, and W-2 processing
Manage actions and proceedings brought against Duffy’s Management arising in connection with employment, benefits, general liability and workers compensation issues, including assisting outside counsel with all necessary information needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
· At least five years of human resource management experience required.
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
· Microsoft Suite experience; HRIS system experience
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
