Ajilon is working with a growing HVAC/Refrigeration company located in South Phoenix hiring a Service Dispatcher. This is a fast-paced, full-time position with pay starting at $19.00 per hour and up depending on experience. 

 

Job Duties Include:

• Contact technicians each afternoon to find out status for following morning and fill out start sheet.
• Contact all technicians for morning status and update dispatch board according to start sheet
• Verify answering service log against Maxwell, input any missing service calls, update call status and follow-ups, and correct any entry errors as needed
• Input service calls that are holding in the email in-box and dispatch technicians to scheduled or holding service calls on dispatch board
• Update any unavailable tech status and write notes on board (sleeping, late start, construction, vacation, etc.)
• Keep track of calls entered during after hours that do not have customer pos and request from customers
• Work closely with Lead Technicians for scheduling, follow ups, recalls, on call duties, and other items needing attention.
• Dispatch technicians according to their trade, skill, and expertise considering minimal travel time
• Identify nature of call (billable, contract, warranty, construction job etc.) and enter into B # (work order)
• Enter service call information, transmit, and email to technician:
• Confirm completion or follow-up from technicians before dispatching to next call:
• Verify that all technicians have checked out in and out of customer portals and have completed their current work order before dispatching next work order.
• Keep track of technicians via GPS system and make sure locations are compliant with area of job
• Check-in with technicians every 2 hours and get estimated time of completion, if tech does not provide
• Receive refrigerant tracking forms and log refrigerant usage in customer portals.
• Run WIP report daily, update work orders, monitor days open and push to have work orders completed as soon as they can. Also, track work orders to ensure they do not go EOL before and after invoiced.
