Ajilon is working with a motor vehicle company in Mesa, AZ that is in need of Document Specialist to add to their team! This candidate will be maintaining documents, file management, and heavy data entry. Ideal candidate must be able to type 45+WPM and pass a data entry test of 8500+ KPH. This is a Monday through Friday full-time Temp to Hire position. In-office, Local candidates only! $13-$15 per hour depending on experience.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate store logs for title and registration tracking.
  • Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles.
  • Ensure the company's title and registration work complies with all applicable state regulations.
  • Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to county tax office.
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
  • Daily processing of title and registration transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by Office Manager
  • Qualifications

  • Previous document specialist or data entry experience required
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • General accounting experience or working with numbers
  • Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD required
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Supportive in a team environment.
  • Strong data entry experience.
  • Strong communication skills
