Manages and oversee the company’s fleet using the programs Samsara and B2W
Supervise all CDL Drivers as well as trains and assists with their daily e-logs, DVR’s and Compliance with DOT regulations and training.
Monitors all drivers Samsara notifications and statistics and reports any incidents and/or poor performance.
Daily manages open work orders and regularly scheduled maintenance in B2W with shop foreman.
Maintain and insure regular testing of all volumetric mixer concrete trucks monthly
Calibrate each truck twice a year
Toll tags and license renewals
Maintain executions of citations
a. Copy the President, Production Manager, Supervisor, and CDL driver
b. If citation is for auto repair – copy Shop Foreman
c. Original will be kept by Safety Coordinator
d. After Shop foreman completes repairs and signs original citation mail it to Austin (10
days turn time to accomplish task)
e. Once concluded, scan documents and save on server
Record keeping and filing for new, current, and retired equipment
Manages all cell phones and Ipads in Maas360
