Human Resources Coordinator Job in Overland Park, KS


Professional Staffing is currently reviewing resumes for a Contractor-Human Resources Coordinator Job. This position does require someone to have some minimal HR background but more than anything we are looking to hire someone that has a passion to work within HR and the drive to grow with a company. The candidate we hire will be responsible for a variety of entry-level HR duties including administrative tasks. This person will be primarily assisting the benefits and payroll department. Pay is $21.00ph-$23.00ph!


Human Resources Coordinator Job Responsibilities are:

-Provide administrative assistant to benefits and payroll departments

-Maintain calendar for Benefits Manager

-Manage new hire paperwork and go over benefit information with them if Benefits Manager is out

-Strive to learn business and come up with solutions to improve processes

-Learn payroll system to help be back-up payroll administrator for 1,200 employees


-Bachelor’s Degree in HR Preferred

-At least 1-2 years of HR experience Or Administrative Experience

-Individual who has drive to grow within a company

-Microsoft Suite Experience

-Positive person who can multi-task

-Excellent communicator
