Escrow Assistant

 

Ajilon is currently seeking an Escrow Assistant with 1+ or more years of experience for a full-time job at a booming Title company in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization within the real estate industry.

 

This role entails providing administrative support for all processes involved in the opening and closing of escrow accounts. Our ideal candidate has the ability to effectively prioritize clerical tasks, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly as they will play a major part in the success of the office. Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administrative support to Escrow Officers
  • Support Escrow officer with all aspects of ensuring a smooth and timely closing transaction
  • Open orders and inputs into company software
  • Prepares documents for closing
  • Open orders and enter data into software
  • Manage title commitments
  • Prepare closing materials and packages
  • Schedule closings including gathering attendees, notaries, etc.
  •  

    Qualifications:

     

  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage/real estate/lending
  • 1 + years of recent administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  

    Skills:

     

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to maintain calm and exceptional demeanor while handling a high level of activity
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Excel and Outlook
  •  

    Compensation:

     

    $16.00 - $19.00 USD per hour

    8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
