Ajilon is looking for an entry to mid level Admin to fill a 1-2 month contract assignment with a wonderful company down town Indianapolis. The company's ideal candidate will have scheduling and administrative experience, as well as a proactive attitude to help support the CEO!
Daily Duties (not limited to):
- Support the CEO on all administrative levels
- Schedule the CEO's calendar
- Data entry within Microsoft & Salesforce
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- 1+ year Administrative experience
- Complete tasks independently
- BONUS: Sales force experience
Work hours: 9-5, 40 hours a week
Length: 1-2 months
