Ajilon is seeking to fill a direct hire role onsite for an Executive Administrative Assistant with the basic accounting knowledge local to east bay.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with invoices, and store invoices electronically
  • Ability to stamp checks and give to VP of accounting
  • Manage meetings, manage phones using Ring central, and set up new employees on ring central
  • Technology experience and phone experience
  • Get mail, go to post office, and send shipments via fed ex or ups
  • Experience with intake and issue key cards, alarm codes, situate employment,
  • Assist with computer set up
  • Must be detail oriented, and organized
  • Experience assisting the CEO, and President of the company with travel coordination for future
  • Set up conference calls for CEO
  • Bachelors preferred
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors preferred
  • Must be experienced with using Microsoft office, and outlook calendaring
  • Must have accounting background
  •  

    Hours of operation: M-F, 9am-5pm
