Do you have experience supporting C-Suite Executives? Ajilon is working with one of our longest standing clients in the Downtown Portland, OR area to find an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support a VP with calendar management, meeting coordination, and event preparation. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of Executive Assistant experience, professional communication, and excellent writing skills. This is a temp to hire position, with an hourly pay up to $36, DOE. Our client offers a lucrative bonus plan, great company culture, and is within a stable industry!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist a VP with daily support and coordination
Manage multiple calendars and travel schedules
Process expense reports
Draft agendas and meeting invites
Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings
Other projects as assigned
5+ years of experience within an Executive Assistant position
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (will be writing correspondence and PowerPoint Presentations
Concur experience is a plus.
International travel booking experience is a plus.
Previous experience within Professional Services a plus
