Ajilon Staffing has partnered with a client located near Jacksonville Beach, FL to find an Executive Office Administrator.  This international company recently relocated their headquarters to this area and is continuing to grow.  This individual will be highly professional and have experience assisting C-Suite executives. 

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL, 100% in the office
  • Salary $50,000 - $58,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm


  • Front desk coverage, greet guests and answer phones
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Strong knowledge of local area; Ability to suggest where to entertain/dine clients
  • Tidy the breakroom/kitchen
  • Work with vendors for office supplies and equipment repairs
  • Maintain the conference room schedule
  • Process invoices in a timely manner
  • Background:

  • 3-6 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Bachelor’s preferred – Not required
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
