Ajilon is seeking a highly skilled Financial recruiter, must be able to work in a fast-paced full cycle recruiting environment. This will be a 6 month fully remote contract.
Ability to source professionals and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across a variety of roles throughout the company
Manage a minimum of six full cycle job requisitions at a time
Conduct a high volume of weekly phone screens
Present candidate slates to hiring managers with a keen eye for the manager’s top needs.
Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard-to-fill roles
Schedule interviews for hiring managers and leaders
Partner with recruiting team to develop best practice tools and resources for all employees
Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
Excellent written and verbal communication across all media platforms
Experience filling roles across various departments, including but not limited to finance, HR, Operations, Client Services, and IT
Experience running multiple candidate searches of all levels in tandem, with a focus on diversity hiring
Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously
Ability building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execute in a very fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (ADP, WorkDay, Ceridian)
At least 1 year experience recruiting with LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred
