Foreclosure Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Ajilon is looking for a Customer Service Representative who has previous experience working with foreclosures and mortgages for our client located in Glendale, AZ. This full-time role can be up to $18.00 and needs someone who has worked in call center similar environment to assist the department and client needs. - Assist and help clients with process of foreclosure details, default mortgages, etc.
- Comfortable with managing medium to high volume incoming calls and document
- Problem solver to answers concerns with customer in time efficient role
- Can excel with little to no supervision and report to management appropriately
- Team player to help with other clerical roles, as assigned to
- Must have Foreclosure and Call Center experience
- Skilled with math and tech savvy to learn internal software’s
- Fluent in Spanish and English, a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 1 – 3 years within call center role handling in/outbound phones calls within foreclosure, mortgages, collections, insurances, etc. as client service associate, back office support, call coordinator, or related positions
- Full-time, Temporary to Direct Hire
- 40 hours-Monday to Friday. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, training and experience considered
