French Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who has at least two years of experience in a similar environment. You must be bilingual English/French and will be responsible for communicating with English and Canadian customers to enter purchase orders- from start to finish, answer customer inquiries, and follow up with customers. This is a contract to hire opportunity!
- Receiving calls/emails/Purchase orders
- Customer contact for sales order processing and technical support
- Customer pricing
- Shipment information from start to finish
- Inventory inquiries and problem resolution.
- Strong attention to detail in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Purchase order experience
- Fluent in English/French
Work Hours: 8-5
