Front Desk Attendant
Ajilon is actively in search of a Front Desk Attendant for our client in Newark, New Jersey!  The candidate chosen for this role will be responsible for answering calls as well as greeting clients and visitors to the office.  The Front Desk Receptionist will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, answering phones and distributing mail.  To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal and communications skills.   
 
 
Job Duties:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate parties
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team
 
Employment Type:  Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Hours:  8:30AM – 5:00PM
Salary:  12 USD per hour
