Front Desk Coordinator

 

Ajilon is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for a booming Distribution company in Nashville, TN! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recent Administrative experience and has handled invoices. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite are a must. This is a direct hire opportunity and will start as early as next week!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate party, creating memos when needed
  • Manage invoices, expenses, and other financials
  • Assist with order processing, file and document management, office inventory, and interoffice mailing
  • Vendor and client relations
  • Additional duties/projects as needed
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recent Administrative experience required
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills
  •  

    Hours:

  • 100% in-office
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
