Front Desk Coordinator
Ajilon is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for a booming Distribution company in Nashville, TN! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recent Administrative experience and has handled invoices. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite are a must. This is a direct hire opportunity and will start as early as next week!
Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate party, creating memos when needed
Manage invoices, expenses, and other financials
Assist with order processing, file and document management, office inventory, and interoffice mailing
Vendor and client relations
Additional duties/projects as needed
2+ years of recent Administrative experience required
HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
Must have strong communication and customer service skills
