Front Desk Coordinator
Ajilon has a contract opening for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. This individual will ideally have two or more years of experience and be proficient in MS Applications. If the description below matches your background, do not hesitate to apply.
Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, and can learn computer systems and inter faces
Responsible for ensuring all mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, GSO, etc.) is processed daily including sorting, delivering, and mailing.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision
Answers customers/clients questions and assists them with their needs, ensuring all requests are followed through and completed.
Maintaining supply inventory for employment related forms, supplies, and uniforms
Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases
Prepare supply orders for office supplies
High School Diploma is Required
At least two to three years of experience in a front desk/receptionist position
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Programs and Software’s
Must be a team player who exhibits great communication skills
