Ajilon is partnering with a company in Downtown Seattle for a receptionist role! This is a temp opportunity great for building up your resume and great for anyone who wants to transition into the corporate space.
- Greet clients in friendly manner
- Direct guests and answer questions
- Notify correct department of visitor arrival
- Answer calls, take messages, direct to correct department
- Sign for incoming packages
- Schedule appointments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Outlook
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
