Front Office Clerk
Ajilon is working with a client located near Ewing, New Jersey to hire a Front Office Clerk. This role will allow you to assist a team with all their day-to-day operations. This is a contract position with hourly pay between $13.00-15.00.
Primary responsibilities in this role will include handling mail, direct phone calls, and greeting guests.

Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
Greet visitors with an upbeat attitude
Direct calls and take messages as needed
Maintain all office records and diles
Receive all incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls as needed
Maintain office calendar for company employees
Coordinate and prepare meeting and conference rooms
Review scheduled office meetings day-by-day and coordinate meeting rooms to avoid overlap
1+ years of relevant receptionist/office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience handling multiple phone lines at once
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
