HCM Analyst
Ajilon is currently seeking an HCM Analyst with 4 or more years of experience for a full-time position at a well-established company in the Princeton, NJ location. This is an exciting direct hire role that offers the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and expand your skills, while working along side a dedicated and results-driven team. You will have the opportunity to work with all HR functions, and analyze their business needs!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being the primary resource for all HCM system requests
- Recommends and implements reporting processes and procedures to improve system capabilities, capacity, and limitation
- Remain well educated on all system and provide informative releases on new or updated functionalities
- Develop and maintain complex reports on the HCM system
- Troubleshoot report related issues, as well as security related issues as needed
- Work closely with the IT team to develop new technology, and assist with service and support
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience related to HR or HRIS Operations
- Experience with Workday, or a cloud-based HCM system
