Healthcare Call Center Customer Service Representative Job

Ajilon is partnering with a company in the healthcare industry to grow their customer service team in the Kearny Mesa area. You will be a great match for this role if you are a quick learner. The company has a tenured team of representatives dedicated to forming exceptional patient relationships. This role offers a robust, paid training program for 4 weeks. This temporary opportunity for 3 – 6 months is $18.00 per hour.


 - Safeguarding confidential medical information, compliant with HIPPA
 - Addressing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
 - Fielding and transferring calls to clinical staff as appropriate
 - Notating information in great detail during calls
 - Entering data without errors
 - Following up with patients and physicians on the phone
 - Scheduling appointments for various healthcare departments


 - 2+ years of customer service experience
 - Quick learner
 - Ability to partner with multiple team members
 - Ability to work independently after the training program
 - Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
 - WPM 40+ is desired
 - Healthcare experience is desired
 - Call center experience is desired

Compensation & Duration:

 - Temporary for 3 – 6 months
 - $18.00 per hour
 - Shifts vary during the training period
 - Shifts after training are in evenings, weekends are mandatory
