Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Do you have experience in the healthcare or medical industry? If so, our client is looking for remote call center/customer service professionals who can respond efficiently and effectively to customers and provides a positive first impression to all callers. Our client offers in-house training, but we’re looking for professionals who have experience with healthcare eligibility and troubleshooting.
-Must have knowledge of CRM software
-Answering customer’s product, service and account related questions
-Answer inbound calls from consumers, family members, provider community and other state agencies to verify eligibility status, benefits, complaints and explaining health system processes.
-Knowledge of Health Benefits Exchange (HBEX), eligibility requirements and applications
-Ability to research and resolve technical issues and/or client problems as they arise with minimum direction
-Must have moderate computing and keyboard skills
-Responsible for reporting on Customer Statistics and Pharmacy call volume
-Track complaints, provider referrals, provider training needs, success stories and trainings completed
Experience: Must have 2-3 years of current OR recent call center experience, this is not an entry-level role!
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
