Ajilon Healthcare is looking for a healthcare customer service representative in Mesa. This is a full time position, however, the schedule is not necessarily a Monday through Friday schedule.
The company is open seven days a week, so you will be required to be flexible regarding your personal work schedule. In this position, you will be taking inbound calls from new or existing patients. You will be answering general account questions, taking payments, scheduling appointments, and some light insurance verification's. Additionally, you may also be assisting patients with contact tracing. This is a high volume call center, so you must be comfortable being on the phone all day.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of recent healthcare customer service experience
At least 1+ year of call center experience
Open availability to work(including weekends)
A friendly personality, with the desire to help customers in whatever they may need.
Bilingual Spanish a PLUS!
