Temp to Hire
The HR Recruiter is responsible for facilitating recruitment to open positions, attract and hire diverse, top talent. Partners with assigned departments and other areas of Human Resources to design and implement effective and creative recruitment plans to meet current and future needs. Recruitment services are delivered by working closely with hiring managers to understand their business, proactively address their staffing needs, and providing recruitment to meet those needs. Individual will align closely with HR Advisor to ensure service line recruitment needs are fulfilled. Implements recruiting tools such as print and electronic media. Provides recruitment services in a positive, timely, service oriented, cost efficient and effective manner.
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience
