Do you have a passion for helping and interacting with others? Do you have previous healthcare recruiting experience and are interested in looking for a new challenge? We may have the right position for you! An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Staffing/Recruiting, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Support (Healthcare Recruitment preferred)

Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assisting management in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidates to make the final selection of the most qualified candidates
  • Source and recruit candidates by utilizing Social Media, Job Search boards in addition to attending job fairs
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and qualifications
  • Screening candidate resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews in person and over the phone
  • Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Onboarding new hires to become fully integrated
  • Placing and assigning employees at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have previous experience in recruiting
  • Great record keeping skills and great attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure and in a timely fashion
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office
  • Experienced with utilizing Social Media platforms
  • Possess hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods


$30/hr plus, based upon experience
