Help Desk Associate

Ajilon has an opening for an IT/Helpdesk associate. This role is located in the Bucks county, PA area and offers a hybrid working schedule. The ideal candidate will have around 3+ years of experience within a helpdesk environment where they were responsible for receiving calls, servicing tickets, and routing escalated issues. Responsibilities:

  • Research questions and find resolutions using available information resources.
  • Contact vendor tech support for assistance when needed.
  • Administer Helpdesk Ticketing Software, including logging all helpdesk interactions.
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnostics, performing parts replacement as needed.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Write training manuals.
  • Train computer users.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
  • Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Helpdesk Position
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in all MS Office Applications
  • Must be a great communicator both verbally and written
  •
