Help Desk Associate
Ajilon has an opening for an IT/Helpdesk associate. This role is located in the Bucks county, PA area and offers a hybrid working schedule. The ideal candidate will have around 3+ years of experience within a helpdesk environment where they were responsible for receiving calls, servicing tickets, and routing escalated issues. Responsibilities:
Research questions and find resolutions using available information resources.
Contact vendor tech support for assistance when needed.
Administer Helpdesk Ticketing Software, including logging all helpdesk interactions.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnostics, performing parts replacement as needed.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Write training manuals.
Train computer users.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a Helpdesk Position
Bachelors Degree in a related field is preferred
Proficient in all MS Office Applications
Must be a great communicator both verbally and written
