We are looking for an HR Admin Assistant to grow with our client and support their day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.
HR Admin Assistant responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
Maintaining records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits
Work experience as an HR Admin Assistant or similar role
Experience using spreadsheets
Good verbal and written communication skills
