Ajilon is currently searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join a client in Strongsville, Ohio. There you would be responsible for maintaining employee files, data entry into the company HRIS system, assisting with payroll and creating employee communications. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have 2+ years of Human Resources experience, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Job Duties Include:
- Interacting with employees

- Keep track of time and attendance
- Data entry into various HR systems

Background Required Includes:
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with HR software a plus
- Able to work with sensitive or confidential information
