HR Administrative Assistant
Do you have a background in Administrative Support and looking for a foot in the door to HR? Look no further! We are recruiting for an HR Admin with a client located in Princeton, NJ. This role will help immerse you into the human resources world and ultimately, jump start your career. To qualify, you must have strong record or file management experience accompanied by two or more years of experience in an administrative support role.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience $17-20/hr
- Onboarding new hires into a proprietary system and walk them through the paperwork process from start to finish
- Start background checks and send new hires for drug screens
- Enter new hire information into a proprietary HRIS
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy employee files
- Run reports in Excel and maintain detailed spreadsheets
- Order office supplies and maintain the on-hand supplies
- Support the HR management team with additional clerical tasks as assigned
- Must have strong file management experience
- Two or more years of combined experience in either clerical or administrative support/an office setting
- A high attention to detail is a must
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Outgoing personality and a “can-do” attitude!
