Ajilon is currently seeking for an experienced HR representative, for a full-time job, at a well-established company in the Greater Seattle Area. As a HR Representative you will provide support to employees guiding them through different policies and procedures including labor relations, compliance, performance management and training. You will also support managers with their hiring and staffing needs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, store, secure employee records
  • Participate in developing and implementing of onboarding and orientation programs
  • Track federal, state and city labor laws to insure the company is within compliance
  • Provide guidance to managers on varies employee/labor relations and employee law issues
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions/postings  
  • Assist in various projects and administrative tasks including recruiting, benefits administration, orientation
  • Facilitate employment law training to managers
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative to work alone on varies projects with little supervision
  • Knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, benefits administration, training, employee relations, recruiting
