Ajilon is partnering with a Global Sportswear company in East Windsor, NJ to recruit an HR Advisor to join their growing team. In this position, you will provide support via phone, email, chat, and in-person to current employees with Human Resources related inquiries. The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous customer service or HR-related experience. This position is a long term contract role.
- Provide premium customer service to current internal employees from a variety of channels including phone, email, and chat
- Utilize systems and other tools to ensure accurate responses to all employees inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Be able to adhere to confidentiality, police, and compliance rules
- 1+ year of customer service experience; additional experience in HR is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office; additional experience with SAP or Kronos preferred
