HR Assistant
Ajilon is looking to hire a HR Assistant for a booming Manufacturing company in the Portland, TN area! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience and has strong customer service skills. Proficiency in ADP or a similar HRIS is preferred. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, that offers a very competitive pay plan!
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and multi-line telephone system
Greet all incoming customers and clients, and provide top-tier customer service
Assist with scheduling candidate interviews for different hiring managers
Manage employee files and assist with new hire onboarding processes
Heavy file and paperwork management
Office inventory and interoffice mailing
Additional duties/projects as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of HR experience required
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or a similar field highly preferred
Proficiency in ADP or a similar HRIS preferred
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and organizational skills required
