Ajilon is seeking candidates for a temporary HR Assistant role for an 8-week project! This role is Monday – Thursday, 32 hours per week. If interested, please apply--this role is moving quickly!  

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes from Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring manager
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Assemble employee orientation packets
  • Assist with filing and scanning documents
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ year HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
