Ajilon is partnering with a Healthcare company in the Portland, OR area to find an HR Assistant. The HR assistant will support with employee benefits, payroll, training, and recruiting. This is a temp to hire role, with an hourly pay of $18-$20. Our client offers a dependable industry, the opportunity to work under a strong mentor, and a casual work environment.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and making offers
Assist with Benefits Administration
Maintain employee files
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
Perform benefits administration
Handle all HR cycle processes
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience or Internship experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
