Ajilon is proactively recruiting for a company in the Pittsburgh, PA area that is looking to add a new member to the human resources department. This position will get you the exposure to the entire HR department to experience payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
- Full cycle recruiting for open requisitions
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding of all new employees
- Educate employees on benefits and assist in enrollment
- Maintain employee files according to department compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources recommended
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
