Ajilon is hiring for a Human Resources Benefit Specialist for our nonprofit client in Washington DC. This hybrid role will be a combination of Human Resource functions and operational functions and will ensure the needs of the employees are met.
As the HR Benefit Specialist, you will be responsible for Benefit administration across the entire Association as well as several operations and HR tasks and activities.
Design, implement and maintain a variety of different HR programs and processes
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Administration of all benefit portals (Cigna, Lincoln Financial & TASC)
Organize annual health fair and lunch and learns for employee to stay updated on benefits
New Hire onboarding, and exit interviews
Maintain personnel records and manage all HR documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Customer Service oriented
Strong project management experience desired
Experience in HRIS benefit administration (Paycom preferred), MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have strong Public Speaking and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation, proofreading and strong communications skills are required.
