HR Business Partner
Are you an experienced HR professional? We are currently working on a HR Business Partner role with a client located in Mercer County, NJ. In this role we’re really looking for a true business partner who can focus on the tactical day to day as well long term strategy execution. Our client wants someone who will collaborate with multiple leaders in driving strategic goals and initiatives that deliver measurable results. If you are a seasoned HR Generalist ready for a highly visible advisory leadership role using your expertise in all areas of organizational development and employee relations, this could be the perfect fit. This role is suited for someone who takes pride in building processes from the ground up and influencing change.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience $40-48/hr
Develop HR strategy and execution plan for the department as related to recruitment and retention, employee relations, comp & benefits, talent management
Partner with and build strong relationships with management and executive team in making decisions on good business practices and legal compliance matters
Ensure reliable and clear compliance with all Federal and State regulations
Oversee all aspects of training and development
Review HR reports; data analysis and interpretation, turn it into actionable change
Bachelor’s degree required
7 years in a HR Generalist capacity
Experience giving feedback to executive leadership
Previous experience in the Healthcare and or Pharmaceutical Industry a plus
Proven track record of HR change management and leadership development
Knowledge of international employment law
Familiar with multiple HRIS tools
