Are you a Human Resources Business Partner looking to join an amazing organization who is in explosive growth mode? Ajilon is partnering with a company that has been around over 60 years, and is adding a Regional HRBP to their HR team! This would require some travel, and the ideal candidate will have 8+ years of proven experience within an organization where you oversaw a region or unit that was spread out across the US. Preference also given for bilingual Spanish.
In this role, you would work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement, as well as partner with the different locations to ensure are taken care of. Some locations will be existing and some will be newly acquired. You will be the guide for employee relations, support managers with training, and be the go-to for day-to-day HR questions.
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Assist management in conflict resolution
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Onboard new employees, ensure new locations are taken care of post-acquisition, and that is a positive experience for new colleagues
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree required
Years of Experience:
8+ years of experience in HR
Pay: $70-100K annually DOE
