HR Coordinator

A company in Malvern, PA is hiring a temporary HR Coordinator. This role will be hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days from home after training. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM. The qualified candidate should have prior HR experience with a focus on recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Posting open job reqs on company website, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Reviewing applicants
  • Phone screening applicants
  • Setting up qualified applicants for interviews with the hiring managers
  • Putting together offer letters
  • Assisting the HR Manager with onboarding new hires
  • Taking on additional HR and administrative tasks and projects as they arise
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using an ATS as well as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • At least 1 year of sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of core HR labor laws
  • Ultipro HRIS experience a plus!
