Do you have experience working in HR? Have you run weekly, monthly and annual reports? Ajilon is seeking to fill an HR Coordinator role in the Melville, Long Island area. This role sits in a beautiful office and will allow growth within the company!
Assist with the on-boarding and exiting of employees and related clerical/administrative duties which includes new hire orientations, data entry, filing, scanning, copying and answering inquiries by employees and managers.
Perform other HR related clerical/administrative duties, such as creating personnel files, processing applications/background checks, entering I-9 information into E-Verify, updating employee records, etc…
Assist in the planning of office events
Replenish new hire packets and benefits packets as needed.
Assist in Human Resources projects, such as the Employee Board, benefits open enrollment, employee functions and employee incentives.
1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a clerical/office environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with an HRIS is a plus.
