Ajilon is searching for a talented individual to fill an HR Coordinator position near the Cleveland area. You are the ideal candidate if you’re passionate about HR, have 2+ years of experience and a drive to further your HR career.

Onsite / Not remote

Contract to hire 

Mon - Friday

8AM – 5PM

40 hours a week

Pay rate - $18

Responsibilities-

  • Be the first point of contact for company employees; being able to direct their questions to the proper avenue, or answering when able
  • Support the HR director with general admin needs 
  • Manage employee files and ensure compliance
  • Schedule candidate interviews for hiring managers
  • Schedule post-offer screenings for new hires
  • Coordinate trainings and new hire orientation
  • Be knowledgeable with Workday solutions
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to both associates and outside sources alike  
  • Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 2 years of HR experience
  • Experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • 2+ years in an HR role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in ADP or a similar HRIS required
