Do you have an HR Degree or one year of HR experience? Would you like an entry level HR role with growth potential? Ajilon is partnering with a Healthcare organization in the Portland, OR area to find an HR Assistant. The HR assistant will support with employee benefits, training, and recruiting. This is a 3-month contract position, with an hourly pay of $18-$20. Our client is looking for a candidate who can provide general day-to-day HR support in relation to employee benefits, developing of policies and procedures, training and development, and payroll. Our client offers a growing industry, the opportunity to work under a strong mentor, and this position is FULLY REMOTE!

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and making offers
  • Assist with Benefits Administration
  • Maintain employee files
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
  • Perform benefits administration
  • Handle all HR cycle processes
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience or Internship experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
