Ajilon has partnered with a local company in Sandy, OR to help find their new HR Coordinator!
In this role you will be supporting the HR Director who oversees both Oregon and California locations. You help aid in onboarding, payroll processing, recruitment and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process monthly benefit payments
Assist in benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
Maintain compliance postings at all locations.
Assist with submitting workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
Maintain and keep HR filing up to date.
Assist in the coordination of training sessions
Associate's degree in related field preferred.
Two to three years’ hands-on experience in human resources
HRIS/HRMS system experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
100% Onsite in Sandy, OR
Monday - Friday, 8 -5pm
