Ajilon is seeking an HR Coordinator for a client in Philadelphia, PA! This is a contract position where they are looking for the right person to join their team who has prior experience with on-boarding, working with benefits and more! If you are interested in learning more, apply today!  

Responsibilities:

  • Preform diversified clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas within Human Resources.
  • Assist the HR department with different projects
  • Strategically improve current and develop new HR processes when necessary.
  • Run background checks and schedule preemployment screening and maintain information in the company HRIS system
  • Communicate employment safety and policy changes

 

Skills:

  • 2 plus years in HR field
  • High attention to detail and who is very organized
  • BA or BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and preform under pressure

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday – Friday

Full time; 40 hours per week
