HR Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is searching for an HR Customer Service Representative for a role in Tacoma, WA! In this position you will field incoming calls from employees to respond to any questions they may have regarding payroll, benefits, policies/procedures & more. Here are a few more details about the position:
What will you be doing?
- Manage incoming calls from current and retired employees – you can expect 40-60 calls daily
- Respond to inquiries regarding payroll, employee benefits, policies/procedures etc.
- Submit tickets and conduct research as needed
- Various special HR projects as requested
What do you need to be considered?
- 1 + years of experience in customer service
- AA Degree (preferred - not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication
