We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual for an open Human Resource Generalist position within the Manufacturing Industry. Our ideal candidate will be able to problem solve, be detail oriented and passionate about supporting employees.
Manage compensation and benefit plans.
Support employees with various HR-related topics and questions.
Ensure compliance with human resources laws and regulations.
Coordinating training activities, recognition programs, safety programs and employee activities.
Ensure confidential HR information is gathered and maintained properly.
Improve accuracy of time card record keeping.
Additional tasks as needed.
Your Qualifications must include:
2+ years of relevant HR Generalist/Payroll experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ADP payroll processor and other reporting programs
Experience in Manufacturing industry highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
