HR Generalist

 

A manufacturing organization in Kansas City, MO, is looking to bring on a new HR Generalist to join their growing team. Ajilon is assisting this organization search for the right candidate to fill this position. I am looking for an HR Generalist with at least 2 years of HR experience, with an understanding of recruiting and onboarding new candidates.  Manufacturing industry is great to have based on the industry this job is specialized in but certainly not required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing hiring for all roles within the company
  • Onboarding the new hires and guiding them through the entire hiring process from processing HR documents and going through a detailed orientation of the company
  • Being a partner to line managers on Hiring needs and any employee relations that need to be addressed
  • Partner with CEO of company on hiring needs and retention focuses

 

Qualifications:  

  • 2 years’ HR experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience, or related industry
  • Recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
