Ajilon is working with an impressive and well known manufacturing client in Cherry Hill, NJ who is in need of an excellent HR Generalist for their corporate headquarters. You will lend a hand in organizing, coordinating and carrying out all HR functions and responsibilities for the corporate client group, including talent acquisition and retention, partnering with business leaders, and assisting in overall HR strategy. You must maintain accurate records of all employee data and help foster a positive work environment. As the ideal candidate, you will be highly organized, detail oriented, and personable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage recruiting and selection as well as the on-boarding process for all departments
  • Conduct the interview process for each individual opening - maintain and organize all documents for screening and interview purposes
  • Facilitate on-boarding of new employees to ensure that every new employee has a complete personnel file
  • Work with all department leaders and the CEO to ensure that organization charts, labor budgets and hiring plans are up to date and are being followed
  • Utilize HRIS to track completion of Training, Performance Evaluations and Total Compensation
  • Continually seek out new training content and methods
  • Ensure employee records and discipline files are maintained accurately
  • Hold all employee and company information confidential
  • Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • SHRM/PHR certification is a plus
  • Experience using ADP is a plus
  • Strong communication – both written and verbal
  • Good time management, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  •
